Customers become frustrated if they work with a company that does not provide tooling project status reports in an timely and
accurate manner.

HK is committed to open communication with our clients.

Solution:

The HK team developed a comprehensive step-by-step layout of the mold development process (fig.1). Within this process, HK will identify each step that has been completed in relation to the first article due date. This layout is communicated to our clients on a weekly basis.
