At HK Plastics Engineering, Inc., we have the keys to success of injection molded products starting with good engineering. We understand the struggle between good design and efficient manfacturability. Our engineers consult collaboratively and actively participate with customer staff early in the design process to help focus the process toward good manufacturing principles.

HK offers full product design services for the customer who does not have in-house design resources or to off load work from a partner firm whose engineering staff is over booked. We use today's state of the art 3D solid modeling programs for both mold design and part design.

If you need parts fast, we have a rapid tooling program where we ask for some design concessions and build low volume, quick turnaround tooling to meet prototype or product development requirements.
