Tooling is the key to operating a productive and efficient injection molding operation. HK developed the tooling corrective action request (TCAR) system to monitor and maintain customer tooling and to report on recurring tooling issues. This enables us to review tooling concerns with our customer and strategically identify costs and benefits of tooling improvement.
